Happy Halloween

We were pretty lame this year (again). We did absolutely nothing on Halloween. I wore my socks with skulls on them. That's about it.
We did at least go to our ward's Trunk-or-Treat party on Friday, but we didn't bring any candy for the kids. Whoops.
Instead we just thanked all their parents when they exclaimed over how cute T was.
And she is, isn't she?
Here's to hoping we get our act together for next Halloween.

For the grandparents.

We managed to film her laughing.
Proof that she actually does laugh sometimes.
And yes, I am tickling her neck fats. Whatever works, right?
Enjoy.

Cousins

Seth went camping last weekend so T and I decided we needed to go see her newest cousin.
So I'm posting a few lot of the 21687216845 pictures we took.

If you're wondering what the daughters of identical twin girls look like, the answer is:
Not identical at all.
It's like they don't even share half their genes!
Ridiculous.
Of course, that in no way deters our plan to take as many "twin" pictures of them as possible.
Napping buddies.
Ladybug buddies.
Uncle David buddies.
Isn't she so cute!?
I like to look at pictures of her and exclaim how cute she is to Seth almost as much as I like doing that with T and her pictures. Almost.
Thanks for letting us crash your house last weekend.
I'm sorry T was such a fussbucket.
(I thought I would be the one with the easier baby. And I was quickly proven wrong.)

3 Months Old

I don't have a newborn anymore. I have a real, legitimate baby.
I told that to Seth the other day and his response was "As opposed to an illegitimate baby?"
Hardee-har-har. You are so funny Seth.
Not.
Who else remembers when saying "not" after everything was so cool? We should bring that back.
Anyway.
Her rolls continue to grow.
I used to be able to say that I had a very happy baby, and that she only cried when she was hungry.
I can't say that anymore. She can get pretty fussy.
But that's ok.
Here is some video of her new favorite thing: looking at herself in the mirror. I have a budding narcissist.
Ignore the camera issues. Taking a video and holding a baby up at the same time is difficult.
She also likes eating her hands.
She is starting to laugh some, but it comes and goes. Seth is clearly the winner when it comes to making her laugh, as he is more willing to make of a fool of himself. One of these days I will capture it on camera.
The past few days she has decided she doesn't want to eat and screams when I try. Then she screams because she is hungry.
Babies are so illogical sometimes.

Happy 3 months!

Happy Birthday Zac!

I have a confession to make.
Zac's birthday was last Thursday, September 29.
As in 3 days ago.
And I have absolutely no excuse for why this is 3 days late.
Also no excuse for the lack of posts lately. Does a baby who's suddenly decided she needs to wake up 3 or 4 times a night instead of 1 count? A baby that refuses to sleep longer than a half hour during the day? No?
Ok then. No excuses. My bad.
Zac is a fantastic brother/brother-in-law/uncle.
Happy (belated) Birthday!
Love, from your niece and her tired parents.
